Formerly known as Personal Lubricant, Desert Harvest Aloe Glide™ is a completely natural skin care product designed to gently lubricate even the most sensitive areas.  Made from organic aloe vera and free from parabens, it is ideal for:

  • Internal physical therapy

  • Vulvodynia and vulvar atrophy

  • Vaginal dryness

  • As a medium for ultrasound scans

Aloe Glide™ is gentle on sensitive skin, is not sticky and requires no cleanup.  It is safe for use with condoms, but does not contain spermicide.

Free from parabens, silicones, artificial fragrances, synthetic preservatives.  Not tested on animals.

Directions

Apply to skin as often as desired.  An applicator may be helpful for vaginal use.

Ingredients

Organic Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, xanthan gum (natural polysaccharide), Glycyrrhiza glabra (liquorice) root extract, Althea officinalis (marshmallow) root extract, citric acid (natural pH controller), vegetable glycerin, leuconostoc/radish root ferment filtrate (natural antimicrobial), Lonicera japonica (honeysuckle) flower extract, Lonicera caprifolium (honeysuckle) extract, Populus tremuloides (aspen) bark extract, gluconolactone (natural skin conditioner).

Tiny says:  This is a really soothing personal lubricant and a little goes a long way.  It has a runnier texture than the Aloe Vera Gelé, so while this makes it ideally suited to relieving vaginal dryness or providing some extra slide, it does mean it’s hard to apply stood up!  I have to insert hormone gel into my vagina a couple of times a week and I like to coat the outside of the applicator with Aloe Glide to make it go in more easily.  I also apply Aloe Glide on its own into my vagina sometimes at bedtime if I’ve been feeling a little dry or sensitive.  For daytime use, I’d either just rub a little on with my finger, or else use an applicator full of the Gelé instead, as lots of the Glide drops straight back out if you’re not lying down when you apply it!  Which product you choose will therefore very much depend on what you want it for, but they are both very soothing and do their jobs brilliantly.
