Ingredients

Each capsule contains 500mg of grass fed bovine/ovine liver in a gelatin capsule shell. 

Directions

Take six capsules daily or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.  If you have not used bovine or ovine liver supplements before, you might like to begin with a single capsule a day and build up to the full daily intake gradually.  Please note that you might experience Herxheimer or die off reactions when you first begin using the capsules.  Starting with a lower daily intake can help to minimise these, but do not purchase the capsules if the idea of experiencing die off reactions is unacceptable to you.
