Where do you deliver to?

We deliver most products to:

  • The United Kingdom, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man
  • The European Union
  • Andorra, Greenland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland and Vatican City

We are unable to deliver Ancestral Supplements or Desert Harvest Glucosamine outside the United Kingdom, because they contain animal ingredients.  If you are outside the UK and you attempt to checkout with these items in your basket, you will either be unable to do so, or your order will be cancelled. 


How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs £4.20 to:

  • The United Kingdom, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man

Delivery is free on orders over £144 to:

  • The United Kingdom, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man

Discount applied automatically at checkout on qualifying orders.  


Delivery costs £9.50 to:

  • The European Union
  • Andorra, Greenland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland and Vatican City


Where delivery costs apply, they are clearly displayed and are included in the ‘Total Cost’ on the checkout page.


How will my order be delivered?

Your order will usually be dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked services for customers in the UK, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.  You will receive a text message and/or email with the tracking information once your order label is generated. 

Your order will usually be dispatched using Royal Mail International Tracked services for overseas customers.  You will receive an email with the tracking information once your order label is generated.  Once it leaves the UK, your order will be passed to Royal Mail’s delivery partner in your own country and you will be able to continue tracking it. 

This is at the sole discretion of Tiny Pioneer. 


What if I am not in when my order arrives?

Your order is unlikely to fit through a standard letterbox.  However, your tracking information will provide you with an approximate delivery time and with delivery options.  You might wish to provide details of a safe place where your package can be left, or details of a neighbour who can take delivery for you.  Tiny Pioneer will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.

Tiny Pioneer will not be held responsible for delays caused by failed delivery attempts. If you miss all attempts to deliver your parcel, it will be your responsibility to collect it as advised by the courier or postal service. Tiny Pioneer will not refund orders if deliveries fail because of vacant delivery addresses or subsequent non-collection of orders.

You might be required to sign for your delivery. This is more likely to be the case if your order is of high monetary value.

If you place a large order, it might arrive in more than one delivery.


How soon will I receive my order?

We usually dispatch orders the same working day or the next working day, depending on what time we receive your order.  In rare circumstances (for example, if there is heavy snow or we are ill) this might not be possible.  You will be notified by email when your order is dispatched.

Most UK deliveries will be received within 2 working days of dispatch; however, in some instances, delivery can take up to 7 working days.  Once we have dispatched your order, delivery times are out of our hands and we cannot report a UK order missing until 10 working days have passed.

Overseas orders should arrive at the destination country within ten working days of dispatch, but their arrival at your delivery address might be delayed by customs procedures.  Many overseas orders arrive at the destination country within only a few days, but we do find customs procedures and overseas delivery times to be quite variable. Please note that we cannot report overseas orders as missing until 20 working days have passed.


What if I make a mistake with the delivery address?

Your products will be delivered to the address you supply when placing your order. Please ensure you input this information carefully, as we are unable to issue refunds or supply replacements in the event of customers entering incorrect delivery information. If you do make a mistake with the delivery address, please let us know by email or via the form on the Contact Us page as soon as possible.  If we have already dispatched your order by the time you let us know of the error, there is nothing we can do to change the delivery address and we will not issue refunds or supply replacements.  Once your order has been confirmed, any changes to the delivery address may incur extra charges.


Will I need to pay customs duties?

We deliver to several overseas countries, but it is up to you to check your own country’s import policies before ordering. If you are outside the UK, you will need to pay VAT and possibly customs duties to your local postal service, courier or customs office. As a guide, orders under 135 euros are subject to VAT and a small handling fee; orders over 135 euros are subject to additional duties.  You are responsible for these charges and should only place an order if you accept this. Tiny Pioneer will not be liable for VAT or customs duties levied by your own country and we will not issue refunds if your goods are seized by customs or are undelivered because you refuse to pay the required taxes.

Please note that the prices on our website are inclusive of UK VAT.  If you are outside the UK, this VAT will be removed from your order at checkout, once you select your destination country.  You will therefore not pay VAT at checkout, but you will pay your VAT in your own country before your order is delivered to you.  We are legally required to attach a copy of the invoice and a customs declaration form to each overseas order and your parcel may be opened by customs officials to check the contents.
