Delivery costs may be charged in addition to the cost of the goods; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and are included in the ‘Total Cost’ on the checkout page.
Your products will be delivered to the address you supply when placing your order. Please ensure you input this information carefully, as we are unable to issue refunds or supply replacements in the event of customers entering incorrect delivery information. Once your order has been confirmed, any changes to the delivery address may incur extra charges.
Your order will usually be delivered using Royal Mail’s First Class service for UK customers and Royal Mail’s International service for EU customers. This is at the sole discretion of Tiny Pioneer. Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible and most UK deliveries will be received within two working days of dispatch; however, in some instances delivery can take up to seven working days. Once we have dispatched your order, delivery times are out of our hands and we cannot report a UK order missing until 10 working days have passed. You will be notified by email when your order is dispatched. Should you require your order urgently, please contact us and we will increase the delivery charges in order to have it sent to you via priority Royal Mail services. Please note that Special Delivery is only available within the UK. EU orders should arrive within ten working days of dispatch (the further East you are, the longer it takes; we find many EU orders arrive within three to five working days), but cannot be reported missing until 20 working days have passed.
If you are likely to be out when your order is delivered, please add details of a safe place where the package can be left, or details of a neighbour who can take delivery for you. Tiny Pioneer will not be held responsible for delays caused by failed delivery attempts. If you miss all attempts to deliver your parcel, it will be your responsibility to collect it as advised by the courier or postal service. Tiny Pioneer will not refund orders if deliveries fail because of vacant delivery addresses or subsequent non-collection of orders.
We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.
You may be required to sign for your delivery. This is more likely to be the case if your order is of high monetary value, or is being sent by priority mail.
Your order may arrive in more than one delivery.
We deliver to the UK, Ireland and other EU countries. If you live outside these areas, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your needs. We do NOT deliver to PO Box/BPFO addresses.
