The information that we collect and store relating to you is primarily used to enable us to provide our services to you. In addition, we may use the information for the following purposes:

3.1       To provide you with information requested from us relating to our products or services.

3.2       To meet our contractual commitments to you.

3.3       To notify you about any changes to our Website that may affect our service.

3.4       To contact you with information about goods and services similar to those which were the subject of a previous sale to you.

In addition, it may be processed by staff operating outside the European Economic area who work for us or for one of our suppliers. We will take all reasonable steps to make sure that your data is treated securely and in agreement with this privacy policy.

4.2       Data that is provided to us is stored on a secure server behind a firewall by our host, Squarespace.  Details relating to any transactions entered into via our site will be encrypted to ensure their safety.  tinypioneer.co.uk holds an SSL certificate with Squarespace.  Credit card payments are handled by Stripe, a payment processor (similar to PayPal), and therefore no credit card details are stored by Tiny Pioneer.  Stripe has its own Privacy Policy for which Tiny Pioneer is in no way responsible.  We also accept PayPal payments and again, credit card details are not stored by Tiny Pioneer.  Squarespace, Stripe and PayPal have staff and servers outside of the European Economic area (see 4.1) and we therefore recommend you to read their own privacy and cookie policies and terms and conditions for more detailed information.      

4.3       The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us electronically and the transmission of such data is entirely at your own risk. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password so that you can access certain areas of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.

We may disclose your personal information to third parties:

5.1    Where we sell any or all of our business and/or our assets to a third party.

5.2    Where we are legally required to disclose your information.
