Terms and Conditions of sale on tinypioneer.co.uk

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.

In order to contract with tinypioneer.co.uk you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

You can submit an order by completing the details required during the checkout process and clicking ‘confirm’. Until your order has been confirmed, items may be put into and taken out of your virtual shopping cart at any time.

All prices are in UK pounds and may include VAT if applicable.

Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website and will not include any of the pictured accessories, unless stated in the specification of the goods. Details pertaining to product descriptions, weights and dimensions, while as accurate as possible, are approximate and provided in good faith for your guidance only.

Whilst we try to ensure that all prices which appear on this Website are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

We must receive payment for the whole price of the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Payment of the price for the goods represents an offer on your part to purchase the goods, which will be accepted by us only when the goods are dispatched. Only at this point is a legally binding contract created between us.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract between us will be formed when we send you confirmation by email that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

Delivery costs may be charged in addition to the cost of the goods; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and are included in the 'Total Cost'.

The products you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. Once your order has been confirmed, any changes to this delivery address may incur extra charges.

Every effort will be made to dispatch your order as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. However, we accept no liability for delays to delivery caused by postal delays, force majeure, or other reasonable circumstances.

Your order may arrive in more than one delivery.

You may be required to sign for your delivery. If you are not at the address when your delivery arrives, the delivery company may attempt follow up deliveries, or may notify you of a place to collect the products. We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.

We deliver to the UK and Channel Islands, the European Union, and some other European countries. If you live outside these areas, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your needs. We do NOT deliver to PO Box/BPFO addresses. If you live outside the UK, you will be liable for any customs and duties charges.  Please see our delivery conditions for more information about these.

Please check the goods on delivery - any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or to tinypioneer.co.uk within a reasonable time.

We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order and subsequent transactions are conducted via a secure link. To this end, our Website holds an SSL certificate. However, as we are not responsible for the operation of the secure link we will not, unless we are negligent, be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any information you provide via such link.

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorisation being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email, the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

We use Stripe, PayPal or Apple Pay payment facilities for online purchases and therefore no credit card details are stored by tinypioneer.co.uk.

Tinypioneer.co.uk retains the right to refuse any request made by you.

You can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery. To do this, please email us or write to us. We are unable to accept cancellations by telephone. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation.

If you cancel, you must return the goods which must still have their protective seal intact in their original packaging to us within 14 days of cancellation. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If these conditions are met, you will be refunded for the full cost of the goods, but not for the shipping charges that you incurred at the point of purchase and not for the shipping charges you incurred in returning the goods to us. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, resulting in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

Any refund will be paid within 30 days.

In the unlikely event that any goods are faulty or damaged, we will provide an exchange or a full refund (excluding shipping costs). You must return the faulty goods to us before an exchange or full refund can occur. We accept no liability for non-receipt of returned items and therefore recommend that you use a traceable postage method, such as recorded delivery.

The above Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and tinypioneer.co.uk. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms and Conditions will be effective only if in writing and signed by a representative of tinypioneer.co.uk.
