Folate and vitamin B12 are presented in their metabolically active, more easily absorbable forms of methylfolate and methylcobalamin.

Tiny says:  I consider a B-complex to be an essential part of my daily nutritional regime.  For years, I had anxiety that didn’t respond to other treatments, yet within days of taking a B-complex*, I noticed a real difference and slept much better too!  Nowadays I am able to take vitamin B6 again so I use a normal B-complex, but I avoided B6 for a couple of years during my own pelvic pain issues.  I would have been delighted to have this product back then and I am thrilled to be able to offer it here now!

I am especially excited to have been able to include so much low-acid vitamin C in a form which also provides magnesium, as their functions overlap so nicely with those of B vitamins.  There is research to suggest that vitamin C deficiency is associated with stress related diseases, so to me it makes perfect sense to include it in a B-complex.  I hope this will be an appealing product to bladder pain patients who also suffer from anxiety.  This is an incredibly high-quality product at an outstanding price and I’ve managed to keep it completely clean too.  I really hope that you will like it, because I’m extremely proud of this one!
