Directions

As a food supplement, take 300 – 600mg twice a day or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional.  300mg is approximately equivalent to 1ml and we include a 1ml scoop in the tub for your convenience.  Powder may be mixed into drinks or soft foods.  

If you suffer from renal or hepatic conditions, seek medical advice before use.  Do not take if pregnant or breastfeeding.  

It is recommended that you take 1200mg a day (600mg in a morning and 600mg later in the day) for at least the first six weeks.  You might then like to reduce to a maintenance dose of 600mg a day (300mg in a morning and 300mg later in the day).  For a more personal regime, you may take 20mg per kilogram of bodyweight.  

Ingredients

Water dispersible OptiPEA® (palmitoylethanolamide; medium chain triglycerides; sunflower derived phosphatidylcholine).

A silica bag is added to absorb moisture and keep the powder fresh.    

Each 300mg serving provides at least 270mg of palmitoylethanolamide and not more than 30mg of medium chain triglycerides and sunflower derived phosphatidylcholine.
