Directions

Immediate support:  one softgel up to five times a day.

Maintenance support:  one softgel once or twice a day.

Take with water or unsweetened juice.  Do not chew. 

Ingredients

Organic extra virgin olive oil; organic wild oregano oil; vegan softgel capsule (hydroxypropyl starch gel; vegetable sourced glycerine). 

One capsule provides 75mg of oregano oil.

Tiny says:  Oregano oil is supposed to be very good for addressing candida overgrowth. I have tried liquid oregano oil in the past, but I found it too harsh – it does not mix with fluid well and can burn on the way down. These softgels seem like an excellent way to avoid that issue! They’re new to the market so I have not tried them, but next time I feel I need a spell on antifungals I will be sure to give them a go! If you have bladder issues with a bacterial component to them, you might find oregano oil useful and I’ll be interested to hear how you get on with these. 

I love that SC Nutra have chosen to use extra virgin olive oil instead of sunflower oil and have not used any other fillers or binders – that’s a mark of a high quality product from a great company, in my opinion! If you’ve never used oregano oil before, do expect to experience some die off symptoms (also known as Herx reactions) when you first start – I’d recommend researching this before purchasing to avoid alarm. We are not able to issue refunds if you have a die off reaction and don’t like it!
