SC Nutra Vitamin D3 softgels contain only two simple ingredients:  vitamin D3, sourced from lichen; and extra virgin olive oil.  Using olive oil as a carrier in a softgel shell removes the need for the less desirable bulking agents or carrier ingredients seen in some tablets.  Each softgel contains 2000iu (50mcg) of vitamin D3.
